Partnering arrangements
At QHS we are totally committed to achieving the benefits
of effective Partnering. We seek to develop an open,
accountable and transparent Partnering structure with
all stakeholders including
clients, residents, sub-contractors, suppliers and local
training organisations to ensure all parties expectations are met or exceeded.
We believe that it is essential to invest time, effort
and total commitment at the beginning of the Partnering
process to establish and agree:
- Stakeholder involvement
- Supply chain strategy
- Key performance indicators
- Performance monitoring
processes
- Continuous improvement processes
- Risk and reward sharing
Agreeing the most effective framework at the beginning
of a Partnership will, we believe, reap greater rewards
for all partners sooner rather than later from the
process as a whole.
We consider rewards to include improvements in efficiency
and environmental impact, increased client and resident
satisfaction with the service provided and cost savings
generated through continuous improvement processes.
